Titan10 LED Spotlight – 240v – 10w Warm White
Titan10 is an adjustable spike-mount 240v led outdoor spotlight with an aluminium body and glare
shield powder-coated in black. It has a high-efficiency 10w COB led providing light output equivalent to a 75w halogen lamp
in a focused 36 degree beam for uplighting trees and focal points. Built-in CREE LED 60,000 hours.
240v Spike spotlights need their own circuit from an existing or new fuse box. The box must be protected by a residual current
device (RCD) and controlled with a double-pole isolating switch. As a general rule of thumb, the armoured cables need
to be run underground- at least 450mm with weatherproof junction boxes. Use an electrician qualified under ‘Part P’ building
regulations to install any mains electricity outdoors who will certify the work properly.

Lamp Colour (Kelvins)
The colour of a lamp is defined as a measurement called kelvins. A standard GLS light bulb in your house would be 2,700 kelvins
which is in the warm colour spectrum and a lamp with 5,000 kelvins would be at the very cold white spectrum

All exterior lighting products on our website have an IP rating which is explained further in our Technical Help/Products ideas section but
in simple terms the IP rating is appropriate to each light fitting and its intended application and is therefore fit
for purpose. Water ingress is the enemy for outdoor lighting and the products supplied are only as good as the installation
as the weakest point is always cable joints. All joints must be made 100% water tight and this can be done using IP68
inline connectors, waterproof junction boxes which are then filled with a resin or gel mix. All joints where possible
should be made above ground for easy access and reduced water ingress. When installing ground buried lights adequate
drainage systems should be put in place especially in clay based soil areas.
