this does not mean they have done exterior lighting before.

MR16 20w or 35w halogen lamp,– 38 degree beam for wider staircases or 60 degree
beam for wider coverage of a narrower staircase, path or patio. MR16 warm white LED
modules include 3w or 5w for lighting across wider steps; 50,000 life and low energy
consumption make them a popular option, they also run cooler and are safe to touch.

    

Installation 

The plastic sleeve is built into the wall during construction or retrofitted into
a hole cut with a coring bit: the light pushes into the tube, where it is held firmly
in place by an o-ring, leaving a front plate with no visible fixing screws. Connect
input cable to cable from transformer using T9962 cable joint or T9963 cable splice
kit.
