The weakest point of any exterior lighting project is the work carried out during
 installation. Electricity and water don’t blend well together so it is imperative
that all connecting joints are 100% watertight. This jointing box allows for multi
way connection. Complete with knock outs for gland sets. Can also filled with the
resin mix T9968 for a 100% waterproof connection.

There are several other types available on the site and where possible we would
always recommend trying to keep joints above ground but there are burial kits available
which can be filled with a resin mix for a water tight connection.    

Please ensure that the electrician is NIC  EIC approved and has carried out
exterior lighting installations before. There will need to be adequate drainage installed
under each light fitting especially if they are installed in to a clay based soil
area. All rubber gaskets must be dry and clean at the point of install.
