Dasar Flat 80 – 240v 4.3w 304 Stainless Steel Bezel & Aluminium Body IP67 Recessed Light – 4000k 140 Lumens

From our Dasar range of recessed ground lights we have the Dasar Flat 80 which fits into a void of just 5.7cm deep (57mm)
and the cut out is 8.8cm (88mm).  This makes it an ideal recessed up light for patios and Deck areas. It comes with
a mounting pot too and and the diameter is 8cm (80mm).

It’s IP67 and has an integral sealed 4000k Neutral white LED unit with an estimated life span of 30,000 hours.  The LED
unit is replaceable by the Manufacturer or an authorised service engineer by them. It has 125 wide beam angle and the
bezel is made from 304 stainless steel in a brushed stainless steel finish. .

It is also available in one other colour temperature which is 3000k code number 228412.

Lamp colour (Kelvins) 

 The colour of a lamp is defined as a measurement called kelvins. A standard GLS light bulb in your house would be 2,700
kelvins which is in the warm colour spectrum and a lamp with 5,000 kelvins would be at the very cold white spectrum. 

Installation

 It is important that adequate drainage is allowed for when installing this type of product especially in clay based soil beds.    

 A NIC EIC electrical contractor should be used to ensure a 100% water tight installation. There are resin kits, magic
gel and heat shrink kits available from us to help make the perfect waterproof joint.

Choosing the style of a product is only part of the equation you must also think of where that product will be used and

in our Technical Help/Products section but in simple terms the IP rating is appropriate to each light fitting and its intended
application and is therefore fit for purpose.
