Angolux Sensor PIR Solar Light – Anthracite 1.8w 3000k 150 Lumens IP54 Security Wall Light – In Solar Or Mains 240v

The Angolux Sensor – PIR Solar wall light is a contemporary designed security light ideal for illuminating
entrance areas, side access properties and walled patio areas and being Solar there is no need for an Electrician or wiring. You simply take it out of the box and fix it to the wall.

It comes in an Anthracite powder coated aluminium finish code number 1002597. It is fitted with a 1.8w warm white 3000k integral LED module giving out 150 lumens equivalent to 20w incandescent
bulb.

The sealed 1.8w warm white 3000k LED module can only be changed by the manufacturer or an authorised service engineer.
The LED is powered by a 3.7v 2200mAh battery included.

The fitting has three modes. Mode one acts as a dusk to dawn light using 15% light and will increase to 100% during PIR activation.

Mode two works as a PIR detector and the light remains off until detection and then goes to 100% brightness during the time set and Mode three turns it off.

The detection coverage is 6 – 10m and the beam angle is 130 degrees and throws light downwards onto the area below and estimated that from a height of 2 metres it can fan light out to a maximum of 10m but the lux level of brightness would be very low especially the further the spread and depending upon the brightness of the LED when fully charged. Naturally the built in solar panel will need daily exposure to sunlight to be able to provide optimum light output. This will lessen during an inclement spell and long dark winter days. The fitting also needs a sunny south facing position to gain the maximum exposure to sunlight.

This is an ideal beautifully designed security light with clean lines and ideal for areas where mains lighting is not an option or you simply want to install the light yourself with the minimum of fuss and also to keep the cost to a minimum. Buying this fitting is a one off cost with no more regular energy costs.

In addition this fitting is also available in mains 240v with an anthracite finish code number 1001969 or in white code number 1001970.

Lamp colour ( Kelvins )

The colour of a lamp is defined as a measurement called kelvins. A standard GLS light bulb in your house would be 2,700 kelvins
which is in the warm colour spectrum and a lamp with 5,000 kelvins would be at the very cold white spectrum. Getting
the right colour temperature of a lamp does matter as the warm colour wavelength helps to soften the tone of the area
and gives a warm soft relaxed feel and ideal for colourful flower beds and rockery areas especially with wooden bark
and at the other end of the scale a 4,000 to 5,000 kelvin lamp colour would be used against a light background such as
white walls or to accentuate grey blueish foliage in shrubs and small trees. When you buy a new, energy efficient
bulb, keep your application and colour scheme in mind and make sure to buy the bulb with a colour temperature to match.

Please read the Installation steps completely before installation. Install the luminaire as shown in the information
and diagram supplied.

Modes of operation Mode 1: Push button one time – the upper blue LED lights up. At darkness,
the luminaire stays at a dimming level of 15% as long as movement is not detected. When movement is detected the luminaire
lights up to 100% for the adjusted duration (8 sec. to 8 min.)

Mode 2: Push button two times – the lower blue LED lights
up. With no detection the luminaire stays dark. When movement is detected the luminaire lights up to 100% for the adjusted
duration (8 sec. to 8 min.)

Pushing the button again switches off the luminaire.

Notice on the battery. The product contains
a rechargeable battery of the type: Li-ION 3,7V 2200mAh The battery is charged via the solar module at appropriate sunlight.
