Angolux Sensor PIR Light 240v – Anthracite 9.8w 3000k 560 Lumens IP44 Security Wall Light – Choice Of 2 Colours & Solar

The Angolux Sensor – PIR wall light is a contemporary designed security light ideal for illuminating entrance areas, side access properties and walled patio areas.

It comes in either an Anthracite powder coated aluminium finish code number 1001969 or in white, code number 1001970. Both models come with a 9.8w warm white 3000k integral LED module giving out 580 lumens equivalent to 50w incandescent bulb.

The sealed 9.8w warm white 3000k LED module can only be changed by the manufacturer or an authorised service engineer. The expected life of the LED module is 25,000 hours.

The detection angle is up to 100 degrees and throws light downwards onto the area below covering a floor space of up to 3 square metres.

This is an ideal beautifully designed security light with clean lines and ideal for areas where light pollution could be an issue with the environment. The downward spread of light is ideal to reduce any unwanted glare.

The built in PIR will come on once the lux level is set and the lux levels are 5 – 200 lux. The lower the lux level the more likely the light will illuminate at darker levels. The timer has a setting from 8 seconds to 8 minutes and once set it will stay on for that time each time the sensor is triggered. Please do not fit the light near a central heating flue pipe where other elements can interfere with the sensor being unnecessarily triggered. The voltage is 100- 240v – 50/60Hz. .

In addition this fitting is now also available in solar with an anthracite finish code number 1002597.

Lamp Colour (Kelvins)

The colour of a lamp is defined as a measurement called kelvins. A standard GLS light bulb in your house would be 2,700
kelvins which is in the warm colour spectrum and a lamp with 5,000 kelvins would be at the very cold white spectrum.

and diagram supplied.

All exterior lighting products on our website have an IP rating which is explained further in our Technical Help/Products
section but in simple terms the IP rating is appropriate to each light fitting and its intended application
and is therefore fit for purpose. Water ingress is the enemy for outdoor lighting and the products supplied are only
as good as the installation as the weakest point is always cable joints. All joints must be made 100% water tight
and this can be done using IP68 inline connectors, waterproof junction boxes which are then filled with a resin or
gel mix.

All exterior lights must be installed by a certified NIC EIC electrician and should be signed off by an electrician with
Part P certification. all cable joints must be 100% watertight. There are a selection of waterproof jointing kits
and boxes available on this web site.

H07RN-F H07 3 Core Rubber Sheathed Mains Cable 1.5mm is recommended but do not use PVC flex cable as this can cause poor connections for the cable glands/joints and will lead to capillary action.
