24V Constant Voltage LED Driver DC 15W OR 30W Dconnect 24V Plug & Play

This plug & play 24v DC transformer is for use with 24v Garden Lights, particularly the Litecast and Lediflex ranges.
A 3 pin UK plug is attached to 1.5m of fixed 3 core rubber waterproof input cable ensuring easy installation with
no wiring. The 240v AC mains input then converts to 24v DC output via the transformer. The output cable has
a ‘D’ Shape plug & play male 2 pin adaptor for easy installation. If 2 core open-end is required, please select
the female to open-end adaptor from the drop down menu. Ideally the transformers should be installed above ground
on a suitable post or wall via the easy to use surface mount clips.

UK Plug should be located indoors or connected to a waterproof socket. We recommend a maximum cable run of 15m to prevent voltage drop.

To ensure that the correct size 24v constant voltage LED driver is used, the total wattage of the 24v light fittings
needs to be calculated. This is calculated easily by multiplying the lamp wattages for each fitting type. Add these
totals together to determine which size driver you need. Remember not to overload the transformer. It is recommended
that some spare wattage capacity is left in case additional lights are required. It is equally important not to use
too few lights or have too low wattages on a 24v lighting system as this can result in ‘overvoltage’. Drivers work
best when loaded to at least 50% of their capacity but will power capacities as low as 20%. Example: a 15 watt driver
should power lights with a total wattage of 3w to 15w.
